• Once a listing is submitted or payment is processed, no refund, no exchange, and no negotiation will be entertained.

• Users agree not to raise disputes or claims against the platform for transactions between parties.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.

• You agree not to post illegal, misleading, or infringing content.

• You are responsible for resolving any disputes directly with the other party.

4. Platform Liability

• MyMachinery.in is not involved in any transaction, payment, or delivery between users.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or misrepresentation by any party.

• Users use the platform at their own risk.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.
